Hip Pain
Pain in your hip area can be caused by a variety of sources: Restricted movement of the hip joint, Restricted movement of the pelvis, Muscle strain or overuse of the muscles in the pelvic and hip area.
Pain in this area can refer into your legs, the side of your hip or into your groin area. Sometimes the bursa on the side of the hip will become irritated causing bursitis. A chiropractor can diagnose the source of the pain and recommend a course of treatment specific to you.
